What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support requests and user inquiries. Troubleshoot user issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions. Create, update, deactivate, and maintain Salesforce user accounts and permissions. Assist with maintaining validation rules, approval processes, flows, and declarative automation.

What We're Looking For

1–5 years of experience administering Salesforce. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Reports & Dashboards, User Management, Security & Permissions, Data Management, Flows & Automation.

What We Offer

This is a hybrid direct hire role available in Medellín, Colombia or Cape Town, South Africa. Your final salary will be confirmed at the end of the hiring process, based on your professional background and skills/experience noted during the interviews.
