CRM System Operations Engineer (iGaming / Gambling Industry)

Job Responsibilities

1. System Operations & Maintenance: Responsible for the daily operation, configuration management, and monitoring of the CIM system to ensure stable platform performance.
2. Data & Permission Management: Manage backend data maintenance, user access control/permissions, and operational configurations.
3. Vendor & Integration Oversight: Manage integration workflows with third-party providers (e.g., game providers, payment gateways, KYC vendors).
4. Release & Issue Tracking: Collaborate with Product, R&D;, and QA teams on version releases, functional validation, and issue tracking.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor platform operational data and regularly produce analytics reports to support business optimization.
6. Requirements & Workflow Optimization:



Independently handle backend operations, interface with business departments to gather requirements, and optimize operational workflows.
7. Documentation & Training: Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), user training materials, and operational guidelines.
8. Troubleshooting & Support: Lead cross-departmental coordination to resolve system anomalies, operational issues, and user feedback efficiently.

Job Requirements

1. Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in international licensed iGaming/Gambling platforms.
2. Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Sportsbook, Casino, CRM, Payment, Risk Control, and Player Operations.
3. Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing integration workflows for third-party providers (Games, Payments, KYC, etc.).
4. Language Proficiency: Business English proficiency (capable of using English as a primary working language).
5. Autonomy & Leadership: Demonstrated capability to independently manage backend system operations and drive cross-departmental collaboration.
6. Education & Background: Associate degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, GIS, or related fields.
7. Technical Skills: Proficient in basic MySQL queries, Excel data analysis, and standard office software; familiarity with backend setup and operational metrics.
8. Soft Skills: Strong execution, problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and ability to thrive under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with CIM system operations.

Familiarity with Player Lifecycle Management, promotional operations, and operational KPI frameworks.

Hands-on experience with operational tools such as CRM, CMS, and BI dashboards.

Proficiency in advanced SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
