Position Overview

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Associate / Specialist with strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management to support our brand growth and digital presence.

The idóneo candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about content strategy, SEO copywriting, email marketing, AI tools, and digital trends . This role requires excellent written communication skills and the ability to create engaging content for English-speaking audiences.

Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory.

Compensation

Salary Range: COP $6,000,000 – $7,500,000 monthly

(Depending on part-time or full-time availability and candidate experience.)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms).
- Create, edit, and optimize digital content, including social posts, blogs, website copy, and email campaigns.




- Develop SEO-friendly content using keyword research and optimization strategies.
- Support email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Create and manage content calendars.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation and marketing processes.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new content opportunities.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, or related roles.
- Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
- C1 English level (required).
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Knowledge of SEO copywriting and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
- Experience using Canva and AI tools.
- Basic image and video editing skills.

Nice to have: Experience with SEMRush, Klaviyo, and working with international markets.
