Marketing, Content & Growth Colombia Remote Lead Full-Time Aug 6, 2026
What You'll Do
Execute analytical and operational work to keep the Growth team's projects moving efficiently. Own data pulls, audience setup, and GTM coordination for 4 to 5 active projects, ensuring tests go live in the same sprint they are designed. Deliver weekly performance reports for every active project and manage audience segmentation to maintain a clean test pool.
What We're Looking For
Intermediate SQL skills to pull and validate data from a warehouse. Experience with CRM tools like Braze for campaign execution. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate effectively across teams.
