SCOPE OF THE JOB As Commercial Director, you will lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, driving growth across both traditional and digital channels. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, owning performance, enabling teams, and accelerating transformation across the sales organization. You will play a key role in integrating digital into the commercial model, while delivering sustainable revenue growth and building a high-performing, future-ready organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Define and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives to accelerate growth

- Lead the commercial organization across direct selling and digital channels
- Identify new business opportunities, including expansion, new channels, and growth initiatives
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, recruiting, training, performance management, and execution
- Develop and manage the annual commercial calendar, including campaigns, incentives, recognition programs, and key initiatives
- Monitor commercial performance through KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure strong alignment across Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Technology, and Business Intelligence teams
- Lead the transition and integration between traditional sales models and digital selling capabilities




- Build and maintain strong relationships with field leaders and independent consultants to drive engagement and performance
- Drive leadership development through coaching, training, and team enablement across all levels
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, alignment, and commercial effectiveness
- Implement programs to increase retention, engagement, and long-term value of the consultant network
- Act as a key ambassador of the business, influencing stakeholders and driving results through teams QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or commercial roles, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership positions
- Strong experience in consumer goods, direct selling, or beauty-related industries
- Proven track record leading commercial transformations, including integration of digital capabilities into sales organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, including coaching and leadership development
- Strong business acumen with proven impact on revenue growth and go-to-market execution
- Experience building and executing commercial strategies in complex, multi-channel environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including exposure to executive-level interactions
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments
- Experience with digital platforms, tools, and evolving commercial ecosystems is highly valued
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus
