What we’re looking for 3–5 years of experience in Client Services, Customer Success, Implementation, or related roles
Experience working with B2B/corporate clients
Experience managing client onboarding and implementations
Project Management experience
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with teams such as Sales, IT, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service
Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus
