About the Role

We are looking for a Change Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT changes, enabling business initiatives while minimizing disruption to IT services and production environments.

This role is responsible for change governance, risk assessment, authorization, scheduling, compliance, and continuous improvement across IT infrastructure and application environments. The Change Manager will chair the CAB and work with technology teams and business stakeholders to balance operational risk with business priorities.

What You'll Do

- Manage the end-to-end IT Change Enablement process , reviewing and authorizing Standard, Normal, and Emergency RFCs.
- Chair and facilitate CAB and ECAB meetings to evaluate complex and high-risk changes.
- Assess risks, dependencies, schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and potential business impacts using the Forward Schedule of Change.
- Ensure compliance with change management policies, procedures, documentation, and governance requirements.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews for failed or rolled-back changes, identify root causes, and drive improvements.
- Provide training and guidance on change policies, emergency procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Track KPIs such as change success rate, unauthorized changes, and emergency change ratios.




- Manage change and release calendars while coordinating priorities across cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with relevant technologies, IT processes, and modern deployment practices.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, project management, or a related field, including 2+ years in ITIL Change Enablement / Change Management .
- Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and managing change or release calendars.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Enablement and Release Management practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, HPSM, or similar ITSM tools .
- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native deployments and their operational risks.
- Strong governance, risk assessment, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma required. University studies in Information Systems, Project Management, Process Improvement, or a related field are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, adapt quickly, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Language Requirements

- English: B2+ or higher / 85%+ oral and written proficiency.
