CCaaS Engineer at BairesDev
As a CCaaS Engineer, you will design and maintain sophisticated contact center solutions that power seamless communication experiences. You will act as the technical architect for telephony infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance for global enterprise voice services.
What You'll Do
- Architect and deploy cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Configure and manage telephony protocols to ensure reliable voice connectivity.
- Design complex call routing logic and IVR workflows to optimize the customer journey and agent efficiency.
- Manage Session Border Controllers (SBC) to secure and regulate voice traffic across network boundaries.
- Oversee the health and scalability of the CCaaS ecosystem through proactive monitoring and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telephony systems with broader business communication tools.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Telephony, Voice Engineering, or Contact Center solutions.
- Proven expertise in managing CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, or Twilio.
- Advanced proficiency in telephony protocols and technologies, including SIP, VoIP, and WebRTC.
- Hands-on experience with SBC configuration and the design of complex call routing and IVR workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
