We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Are you a commercial leader who knows how to transform a team and drive results, not just supervise it?

We are looking for a bilingual, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our on-site sales operation focused on the U.S. market.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and proven experience developing high-performing sales teams.

What will you be leading?

- On-site management, training, and performance monitoring of a team of 10+ sales agents.
- Weekly feedback sessions based on data, KPIs, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Analysis of lead quality and conversion rates to identify opportunities alongside the Marketing team.
- Development of sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives focused on achieving business goals.
- KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement plans.
- Direct communication with U.S.-based clients, platforms, and CRM systems.
- Support for the sales team during negotiations and closing processes.

What are we looking for?
- Proven C1 English proficiency. A technical assessment will be required.




- 4–5+ years of experience leading on-site sales teams of 10 or more people in a Call Center environment.
- Proven experience converting leads into sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, performance tracking methodologies, and improvement plans.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strategic, analytical, and structured mindset.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicles, brands, models, and trims.

What do we offer?
- Permanent employment contract with all legally required benefits.
- 100% on-site position, Monday through Saturday.
- Base salary between COP $7,000,000 and $10,000,000 + commissions based on team performance and goal achievement.

This is not a traditional supervisory role.
