What will you do?

Responsable de ejecutar controles operativos y regulatorios sobre procesos bancarios, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas internas, requisitos AML/KYC y estándares de riesgo. Investiga excepciones, implementa acciones correctivas, impulsa mejoras de procesos y contribuye al cumplimiento de KPIs, SLAs y controles de calidad, garantizando una gestión productivo y segura de las operaciones.

What do you need?





- High School diploma and a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Intermediate computer skills, including common software tools (Microsoft Office products)
- Previous Customer Service (In person or telephone) experience (Recommended
- Language Skills Fluent English language skills.
- Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Have a B2 level of English and B1+ of French , because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.
