Role Description The Business Analyst at Meroo is a full-time, remote role responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that support product development and operational improvements. In this role, the Business Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions that enhance user experience and organizational efficiency.

The person in this role will gather and document business requirements, create workflows and process maps, and support prioritization of product features and enhancements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting stakeholder interviews,



performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Business

Analyst will also help ensure alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical implementation by working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and experience interpreting data to support business decisions.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution validation.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting findings clearly.
- Knowledge of Business Process mapping and optimization to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Ability to define and manage Business Requirements that align with product and organizational goals.
- Experience working with cross-functional, remote teams in a tech or product-focused environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as spreadsheets, analytics platforms, diagramming tools, and issue-tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity, a mindset for experimentation, and an interest in the future of work and talent assessment.
