Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper based in LATAM to join our team full-time. This role will be primarily focused on account reconciliation , while also supporting broader day-to-day bookkeeping and financial operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and has experience working with U.S.-based companies.

What You’ll Do

- Perform regular account reconciliations (bank accounts, transactions, and financial records)
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (data entry, categorization of transactions, etc.)
- Support invoicing and expense tracking processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy
- Help prepare reports and maintain organized documentation
- Work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders





Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or similar roles
- Strong experience with account reconciliation
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients
- Advanced English skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Based in LATAM

Nice to Have
- Experience in agencies or fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience handling high-volume transactions or ad spend reconciliation
