. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles while effectively communicating with both clients and candidates in
English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, Isolved applicants tracking, and other recruiting tools.
- Conduct bilingual screening interviews and assessments.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Communicate job offers, feedback, and onboarding steps clearly.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration or related.
- Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR (1-3+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and across time zones.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
Salary: $3000000 - $3400000 per month
