- You are proficient in Client Intake, Call handling, CRM.
- English - Fully fluent
- Spanish - Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more:

Call Handling

- Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Client Intake:




- Gather accurate information about clients and their motor vehicle accidents.
- Determine case eligibility by following company guidelines.
- Build rapport with prospective clients while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Documentation and Transfer
- Accurately document all information in the company's CRM.
- Transfer qualified clients to the appropriate law firm.

Professional Standards
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during every interaction.
