Job Overview

Our client is seeking a bilingual and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound communications and administrative support for their painting and restoration operations. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, respond to client emails, pre-screen customer inquiries, and prepare preliminary requests for quotes. Additionally, you will coordinate communications between clients and the restoration team, manage social media group marketing, and post daily content to support business growth.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and respond to client emails promptly.
- Pre-screen customer inquiries and prepare preliminary requests for quotes.
- Manage social media group marketing and daily content posting.
- Coordinate communication between clients and the restoration team.
- Provide professional support in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and quote status.

Requirements

- Fluency in both English and Spanish (Required).




- Previous experience in customer support or intake roles.
- Ability to manage social media platforms for business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Have:

- Proficiency in Portuguese.
