Role Description

We are hiring a part-time, remote Sales and Marketing Specialist for one of our clients, a fully digital company selling online products and services.

You will drive customer acquisition end to end: finding and engaging prospective customers, presenting the offer, booking qualified appointments, and supporting the marketing campaigns that feed the pipeline. This role is for a self-starter who can manage their own priorities, communicate clearly over online channels, and hit monthly performance targets without close supervision.

Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers through online channels
- Present products and services to prospects and handle inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Book qualified appointments and maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate virtual product demonstrations and training sessions
- Report on market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics




- Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales strategy and improve digital marketing initiatives

What We Are Looking For

- Strong verbal and written English communication with customers and teammates
- Proven sales skills: lead generation, prospecting, closing, and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Customer service instincts: empathy, problem-solving, and fast response to client needs
- Ability to track performance metrics and manage a pipeline
- Comfortable in a fully remote, technology-driven environment with standard office and communication software
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
- Strong organization and time management with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Must be located in an EST timezone country (e.g., Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama)

- Not just sending messages and logging activity — the target is qualified, paid, booked appointments every month
- Not a scripted call-center job — you will help shape campaigns and sales strategy, not just execute someone else's list
- Not measured on busywork — we care about booked appointments and revenue, not hours online
