What You'll Do
Design, automate, and maintain reports, queries, and alerts focused on performance, deviations, and prevention, replacing manual processes. Monitor KPIs related to collection and identify patterns and causes to guide team actions. Utilize AI tools to accelerate insights generation and document routines. Execute automated follow-up routines for crossdocking sellers and centralize end-to-end process information.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in analytical positions, preferably in operations or logistics companies. Proficiency in SQL, HTML, or Python focused on task automation. Knowledge of AI and prompting for operational analysis is required.
