We are looking for an AI Software Engineer passionate about building AI-powered applications using modern AI-assisted development tools ("Vibe Coding"). You will work directly with aviation industry experts to rapidly transform operational ideas into production-ready software. Rather than receiving detailed technical specifications, you'll collaborate in real time with subject matter experts to understand business processes and quickly translate them into scalable applications.
This is a highly collaborative role where communication, problem-solving and adaptability are as important as technical skills.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate directly with aviation experts during live product development sessions.
- Build AI-powered SaaS applications using AI coding assistants and modern development workflows.
- Translate business processes into functional software solutions.
- Develop internal and customer-facing applications for the aviation industry.
- Participate in rapid prototyping and iterative product development.
- Integrate APIs, cloud services and LLMs into production applications.
- Work alongside internal technical resources and business stakeholders.
- Help design scalable software architectures for future AI products.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI development tools that improve productivity.
Required Skills:
Technical:
- Experience with AI-assisted software development (Vibe Coding).
- Experience using tools such as:
- Claude Code
- Base44
- Cursor (or similar AI coding environments)
- Strong understanding of Cloud-based development.
- API integration experience.
- Experience building SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of modern software architecture.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
