At Traffic Tech, we keep the global economy moving. As a leading logistics partner for international brands, we're looking for an Accounts Payable Representative to join our Finance team and help ensure accurate, timely, and efficient payment operations.
✨ What We're Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
✔️ Advanced English (written and spoken).
✔️ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
✔️ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
✔️ Experience with ACCPAC is a plus.
? What You'll Do:
✅ Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
✅ Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
✅ Process invoices, employee expense reports, and supplier payments.
✅ Manage check and EFT payment runs.
✅ Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments.
