Are you a law student nearing graduation, a law graduate, or a professional with experience in litigation or insurance claims? We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent professional to join our team as a Legal Intake & Administrative Assistant.
This role goes beyond traditional customer service. We are seeking someone with a strong legal mindset who can effectively assess potential cases, communicate professionally with clients, and provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct detailed client intakes through inbound and outbound calls, gathering critical case information with accuracy and professionalism
✅ Assess and filter potential cases according to established guidelines
✅ Draft Letters of Representation, legal correspondence, and case reports with strong attention to detail
✅ Manage and organize client files and documentation within Dropbox
✅ Handle,



prioritize, and respond to professional email communications
✅ Maintain accurate records and ensure all case-related information is appropriately documented

? Who We're Looking For

✔️ Advanced Law Students (near graduation) or Law Graduates
✔️ Candidates with experience in law firms, litigation, personal injury, or insurance claims
✔️ Professionals who understand legal terminology and case management processes
✔️ Strong multitasking abilities, including simultaneous listening, interviewing, and note-taking

? Required Skills

? C1 English proficiency (written and verbal) with excellent legal and professional communication skills
? Ability to accurately document case notes in real time while speaking with clients
? Experience working with legal documentation, litigation procedures, or insurance claims
? Strong organizational and administrative skills
