Job Description

We are looking for a Buyer to support procurement activities across global
regions. You will ensure accurate purchase order (PO) creation, maintain
procurement records, and coordinate with our teams to ensure smooth order
processing. We are looking for a understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
and the ability to work flexible shifts to support global operations.





You will report to Team lead - GEBS Business operations

This work type is hybrid.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

* You will build processes in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines.
Perform several administrative/Operational responsibilities for assigned
team(s) and function(s).
* You will gather and summarize enabling data to build assigned tasks.
* You will be responsible for procurement of IT goods, and other services.
* Vendor sourcing, vendor setup for indirect purchasing.
* You will maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical,
financial, and commercial information.
* You will build relationships with suppliers for the best price, quantities,
and delivery timescales.
* You will process requisitions and updating management on the status of
orders.
* You will update inventory and managing stock levels, extract weekly/monthly
reports, maintain database and present to management in s
