Business Overview and Role Description




The Latin America Product Development team is responsible for leading new product development initiatives and managing the product lifecycle events across the different fund ranges (active, passive and alternatives) of locally domiciled products across the region (Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil).
We are seeking a candidate to join the Mexico Product Development team, who will be responsible for the execution and implementation of the product governance, management, and strategy of Mexican Mutual Funds.
This role involves partnering extensively with local, regional, and global colleagues across functions—Product Strategy, Investments, Sales Distribution, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Technology, and Risk—as well as external partners in the Mutual Funds ecosystem. The goal is to drive key product initiatives by building consensus, applying best practices, and aligning cross-functional strategies with client needs and distribution partners.
