Applies advanced recruitment and selection expertise to ensure results, frequently in strategic and/or complex areas. Implements large-scale projects and/or initiatives, manages these independently and with creative solutions.
Collaborates cross-organizationally to identify ways to enhance the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement recruitment strategies across services and markets, often with complex requirements that call for creative solutions
- Carry out market research for new service offerings
- Analyze results of recruitment campaigns and ROI on budget spent to make informed decisions about future strategies
- Deliver against set recruitment KPIs and report to Senior Management on results or remedial strategies and actions where needed.
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in EN
- Bachelor´s degree
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
- 6 - 8 years of recruiting and sourcing experience in LATAM and internationally (required)
- Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders
- knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Internet searching and Boolean logic
