The Scheduler plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional in‑home care experience by effectively coordinating relationships between clients and caregivers.
The Scheduler serves as a key liaison among clients, caregivers, and office leadership, maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask while upholding the agency’s mission, vision, and core values.
Skills:
-English C1
-Minimum of two (2) years of relevant business or administrative or scheduler experience preferred.
-Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems.
Responsabilities:
-Verbal Communication Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, conveying warmth, empathy, and competence.




-Communicate consistently with caregivers and clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure continuity of care.
-Act as a liaison between caregivers and the Office/Operations Manager to facilitate clear and timely information flow.
-Customer Focus Respond promptly and courteously to all client and caregiver inquiries.
-Accurately receive, document, and process new referrals and service inquiries in accordance with company standards.
-Represent the agency with professionalism and commitment to high-quality service.
-Adaptability Support sales, marketing, and public relations initiatives as needed.
-Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing schedules, urgent requests, and operational priorities.
