We are looking for a skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with solid experience in backend development using GoLang or Python and frontend development with React.
The idóneo candidate brings a strong grasp of system design, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud technology stacks, with AWS as a preferred choice. You will take ownership of designing, building, and supporting scalable applications, working alongside cross-functional teams, and championing best practices in code quality and architecture.




Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and support backend services built with GoLang or Python
Create and refine user interfaces using React
Team up with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver top-quality solutions
Contribute to system design discussions and help shape architectural decisions
Uphold code quality through code reviews, testing, and consistent application of best practices
Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions across the entire application stack
Capture technical designs, processes, and implementations in documentation for team-wide clarity
Keep current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
No less than 5 years of hands-on professional experience in full stack development
At least 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams
Strong proficiency in backend development with GoLang or Python
Solid experience
