Job Description:
In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in Creative Engineering, digital production, or frontend development roles within creative agencies, design studios, or in-house teams. Their mission will be to transform creative concepts and design systems into functional, scalable, and production-ready digital assets, ensuring high standards of quality,



visual consistency, and technical accuracy. This role will work closely with Design, Art Direction, QA, and Production teams to ensure efficient delivery of multi-format and multi-market campaigns.

Responsabilities:
Develop and adapt digital assets using Figma and HTML, including layouts, component-based designs, and production-ready files.
Build and maintain HTML-based assets such as banners, emails, landing page modules, and dynamic content formats.
Translate design systems into functional, production-ready assets following established build patterns and technical specifications.
Hand-code and implement interactive elements using JavaScript.
Utilize Photoshop for asset preparation and production tasks; After Effects experience is a plus.
Ensure technical accuracy, visual consistency, performance, and cross-platform compatibility across all deliverables.
