Candidate Requirements
- No university degree required.
Demonstrable knowledge (self-taught, bootcamp, courses, or personal projects) is sufficient.
- 0–1 year. Personal projects, internships, or prior work are valued but not required. Entry-level profile with a willingness to learn.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Programming fundamentals (at least one language: Python, JavaScript, or other)
- Basic Git and version control
- Strong organization, follow-up, and multitasking skills (utility/assistant role)
- Clear communication and proactivity
- Strong learning ability and attitude (the role is designed to scale)
- Accountability and autonomy for remote work
- Technical reading-level English (preferred)
