The Center for International Private Enterprise strengthens democracy around the world through private enterprise and market-oriented reform. CIPE is one of the four core institutes of the National Endowment for Democracy and is affiliated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Position: Program Manager
Reports to: Program Director, Anti-Corruption & Governance Programs
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Position Term: 1 year with the possibility of extension

Scope: CIPE is seeking a full-time, Program Manager to support the U.S. government funded Promoting Responsible Ownership and Transparency in Critical Minerals (PROTECT) project.



The Program Manager will play a central role in advancing CIPE’s strategy to strengthen democratic governance and responsible business conduct in the integral critical minerals sector. He/She will serve as the focal point for all project activities, providing comprehensive project management, stakeholder coordination, and administrative support to ensure effective and timely implementation of the project in the Latin America region. This position will support the design and implementation of collective action initiatives by engaging directly with companies, chambers of commerce, SMEs, SOEs, and tech innovators across Latin America. The Program Manager will coordinate outreach to private-sector and institutional partners; help manage relationships with business associations, advocacy coalitions, and innovation networks; and contribute to risk-mapping research and integrity roadmaps. The role includes organizing high-level convenings as well as hackathons and multi-stakeholder events, managing logistics, preparing communications and reports
