• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.

• 2+ years of experience leading or managing teams.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce process optimization and business transformation.

• Experience defining business requirements, user stories, process maps, and workflow documentation.

• Experience configuring Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Lightning App Builder.

• Experience supporting metrics tracking, KPI reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities (Key Activities)

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Business Analysts.

• Align team objectives with business and organizational goals.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Review and validate user stories, process maps, and business documentation.

• Design and optimize Salesforce-driven business processes and workflows.

• Collaborate with technical teams to implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Support KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure secure and effective use of Salesforce platforms for internal and external users.
