Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting and caregiver scheduling efforts. This role is responsible for identifying and screening caregiver candidates, coordinating interviews, managing scheduling, and helping build a reliable pipeline of talent to support our growing client base.
Salary up to USD 1,600 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen caregiver candidates based on hiring requirements
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening calls
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Manage interview scheduling and calendar coordination
- Maintain an organized pipeline of active candidates
- Build and maintain a bench of qualified caregivers for future openings
- Track candidate progress throughout the recruiting process
- Communicate professionally with candidates via phone, email, and messaging
- Update recruiting records and maintain accurate candidate documentation
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting process as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone throughout the day
- Experience scheduling interviews and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
