I'm looking for a small team of professional appointment setters to help qualify and schedule mortgage protection and life insurance appointments.
This is
not
an hourly position. You'll be paid
$25 USD for every qualified appointment that attends
their scheduled meeting.

Let's set realistic expectations...
Although these are warm leads, many people don't answer their phone. Some won't respond to texts. Some will hang up. Others may ask you to call back several times before they're ready to schedule.
This is normal.
Success comes from consistency—not luck.
If you're discouraged by rejection or expect to book appointments after just a handful of calls, this probably isn't the right opportunity.
The people who succeed are those who remain professional, keep good notes, follow up consistently, and understand that every "no answer" is simply part of the process.
I also ask that when you log into the CRM, you commit to focused work. Rather than making a few calls here and there, plan on working in blocks of
at least two hours
. Consistency and momentum make a significant difference in your results.
