Publicis Sapient is seeking a talented Senior Conceptual Designer / Art Director – Brand Campaigns to join our growing creative team. This role combines imaginative concept development with hands-on execution to bring bold, retail-focused campaigns to life across print, digital, and experiential media.

You will help shape visual identities, develop bold campaign concepts, and ensure creative consistency across general deliverables. We’re looking for a visual storyteller with strong conceptual depth, comfortable leading ideas from early concept through execution, and translating them intobrand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Concept development, reviewing design assets, managing project timelines and budgets, and presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders. This leadership role requires strong communication skills, artistic software expertise, and a deep understanding of marketing and branding principles.

Concept & Ideation
- Translate written or verbal briefs into strong visual concepts and campaign toolkits.
- Contribute original ideas that elevate the creative narrative.





Visual Development
- Create compelling visual content for digital, print, social, and experiential platforms, including campaigns, presentations, POS (in-store) and product marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director to define the visual tone, mood, and style of campaigns.
- Produce mock-ups and campaign assets using relevant design software, like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and potentially others, such as 3D modelling software.

Style Consistency
- Support the Head of Art & Design in maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all materials.
- Develop and maintain visual style guides, art bibles, and reference documentation.

Research & Reference
- Gather visual references and conduct research to inform design decisions and strengthen visual storytelling.
