The Opportunity
The AI Transformation Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and enabling business transformation through the strategic use of Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics, and enterprise-scale architectures.

This role serves as a bridge between business, technology, and operations, ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable value, scale at an enterprise level, and integrate securely and sustainably within the organization’s ecosystem.

The Responsibilities & Duties




- Define and evolve the AI adoption strategy aligned with business objectives and corporate vision.
- Lead as-is / to-be assessments across processes, capabilities, and architecture.
- Design AI transformation roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives by impact, feasibility, and risk.
- Design end-to-end architectures integrating analytics, AI, GenAI, core systems, and orchestration layers.
- Define architectural principles, standards, and design patterns for AI-enabled solutions.
- Ensure coexistence and integration across heterogeneous enterprise environments.
- Lead the design and execution of AI pilots and proofs of value.
- Define success metrics, scalability criteria, and industrialization plans.
- Support the transition from pilots to production-grade solutions.
- Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and vendors.
- Lead build vs. buy vs. partner assessments, documenting technical and economic trade-offs.
