At Kuehne+Nagel, we're looking for an Intermodal Expert – Sales Support or Pricing to become a key link between our customers, operations teams, and leadership. In this role, you'll help ensure the seamless movement of freight while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

? What you'll do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
Coordinate deliveries and operational requests across intermodal transportation networks.
Monitor container movements and proactively communicate updates.
Analyze operational performance and generate customer-focused reports.
Resolve service disruptions and provide timely solutions to operational challenges.
Collaborate with operations, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.




Support business growth through quotations and identification of new opportunities.
Utilize transportation and tracking systems to maintain visibility and efficiency.

✅ What we're looking for
Around 2 years of experience in sales support, pricing, transportation, freight forwarding, intermodal logistics, or customer service within the logistics industry.
Knowledge of port, rail, and inland transportation operations.
Familiarity with logistics tracking platforms and transportation systems.
Knowledge of U.S. Customs processes is a plus.
Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced English proficiency (required).
