The Controlling Enablement UST Junior Financial Analyst is an entry-level role within the regional controlling community, supporting global training, reporting processes, and system adoption using TM1 BOOST (Sanofi’s integral financial planning tool). This role acts as a bridge between finance teams (Controllers and FBPs) and technical support teams, helping ensure effective use of systems and alignment with global standards.
The role provides strong exposure to financial planning processes, data analytics, and global stakeholders,
offering an excellent opportunity to build technical and business capabilities within a dynamic and transforming environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Support training and knowledge sharing on global controlling processes and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with reporting timelines and support communication with stakeholders
- Assist in understanding KPIs, financial processes, and reporting rules within TM1
- Perform data consistency checks and support validation activities
- Prepare basic data analysis and visualizations to support stakeholders
- Support adoption and usage of dashboards (Excel, Power BI)
- Ensure consistency across multiple systems and data sources (ERP, Workday, reporting tools, etc.)
- Support manual data uploads and adjustments within TM1
