This role requires a strategic and hands-on HR professional who can navigate complex situations, influence decision-making, drive talent initiatives, and support organizational effectiveness in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with local and regional stakeholders while contributing to key HR programs across the employee lifecycle.
How you create impact
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding,



employee development, retention, and succession initiatives.
- Lead and execute employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention strategies aligned with business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and directors, providing guidance on people-related challenges and organizational decisions.
- Identify risks impacting organizational performance and develop action plans and business cases to support improvement initiatives.
- Support change management, organizational development, and continuous improvement projects.
- Facilitate talent review discussions and contribute to performance management processes.
- Collaborate with general and regional HR teams to ensure alignment with company practices and initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support decision-making and recommend solutions.
