Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Hybrid | Bogotá)

We're looking for a proactive Senior Site Reliability Engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, driving automation, and improving the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical services.

What you'll do
- Build, manage, and optimize Microsoft Windows Server environments (physical and virtual).
- Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Hyper-V/VMware, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Design and support scalable infrastructure across Azure and on-prem environments.
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and infrastructure best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, improve system reliability, and drive continuous service improvements.
- Collaborate with integral infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise-scale IT solutions and participate in transformation initiatives.





What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience managing Windows Server and Microsoft Active Directory environments.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure (IaaS, storage, networking, identity).
- Strong experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization.
- Solid scripting skills, preferably PowerShell, with a passion for automation.
- Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, PKI, backups, storage, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with observability, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in enterprise environments.
- Microsoft certifications are required; Azure, VMware, and ITIL certifications are highly valued.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is required.
