Conek is a patient acquisition agency for chiropractic clinics across the United States. We work with 500+ clinics. Our system is proven. What we need is someone to run the calls.
The role
You take pre-qualified, pre-booked calls with clinic owners — chiropractors and PTs who have already raised their hand and want more patients. Your job is to diagnose their situation, build the case, handle the objections, and close.
You are not cold calling. You are not prospecting. Appointments are on your calendar. You close them.
Day to day:
- 4–8 booked discovery/close calls per day over Zoom and phone
- Run our proven call framework — we'll train you on it in week one
- Do genuine pre-call research on every prospect (we'll show you exactly how)
- Follow up relentlessly on pipeline until it's a yes or a no
- Log everything in the CRM. If it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen.
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years closing on the phone. B2B preferred. Agency, SaaS, coaching, or high-ticket services all count.
- Near-native spoken English.
You'll be talking to American doctors.
Accent is fine; hesitation is not.
- You've carried a quota and hit it. You can tell me your close rate and your average deal size without checking.
- Comfortable being coached. We record and review calls weekly.
- Reliable internet, quiet space, working headset, backup power. Non-negotiable.
- Based in Colombia, able to work 9:00am–6:00pm EST.
What we're not looking for
Someone who needs a script read to them. Someone who goes quiet when a prospect pushes back on price. Someone looking for a stable base salary — the money here is in the commission, and it's uncapped for a reason.
Compensation
- $500 USD/month base.
- 8% of collected first-month revenue on every deal you close, uncapped
- Realistic OTE at target: $1,800–$3,000 USD/month
- Top performer track: team lead role as we scale the sales floor
