About us

We're a US-based done-for-you launch agency running high-budget challenge and summit funnels for coaches and course creators, alongside ongoing paid-media management for marketing clients. Our launches regularly manage six-figure monthly ad budgets and have generated seven-figure results. We're a small, senior, fully remote team — and we're building the operating system of the agency right now. You'd be joining early enough to help build it, not just run it.

The role

You are the person who makes launches happen on time and keeps clients informed and confident. This is a hybrid role with two modes:

Launch mode (when a client launch is in cycle):
You own the launch from kickoff to debrief — driving the launch checklist, keeping the media buyer, creative, tech, and moderation teams synced against the timeline, QA-ing every link, pixel, and email before anything goes live, and running point during the 5-day live window.

Account mode (between launches):
You manage our ongoing ad-management clients — daily performance updates, weekly client communication,



coordinating creative refreshes and optimizations with the media buying team, and keeping every account's work moving in ClickUp.

You will always be busy, never idle: when you're not running a launch, you're running accounts.

What you'll own
- The master launch calendar.
You schedule launches so live windows never collide, and you hold that line — including with clients.
- Launch execution.
Every task, every deadline, every dependency across pre-launch, promotion, live week, cart window, and debrief. Nothing goes live without your QA pass.
- Client communication.
Daily stats updates during live windows, regular performance reporting for ad clients, and proactive comms when things change. You are a primary point of contact.
- Team coordination.
Daily check-ins that keep media buyers, creative, tech, and moderators unblocked and on schedule. You don't manage these people — you orchestrate them.
