Are you a U.S. citizen living in Colombia with excellent English skills and a passion for helping people? We're looking for motivated professionals to join our team as Licensed Insurance Agents serving customers in the United States.
Whether you already hold a U.S. insurance license or are looking to obtain one, we'd love to hear from you. If you're a U.S. citizen but not yet licensed, we'll guide you through the entire licensing process and cover the costs.
What You'll Do
- Assist U.S. clients with their insurance needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and through digital communication.
- Educate clients on available insurance products and help them choose the best coverage.
- Build long-term relationships through professionalism and excellent service.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and company standards.
Requirements
- U.S. citizen
(dual citizenship is welcome).
- Currently residing in Colombia.
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active U.S. Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License.
- Experience working with U.S. customers.
