As a Team Manager you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, coaching team members, and driving consistent delivery of an outstanding customer experience.

You come with:
A C1 level of English, both written & spoken
Min. 1 year of experience in managing teams
Previous BPO experience would a plus
Good communication and leadership skills;




Ability to adjust your frame of thinking and quickly change priorities to meet deadlines;
Proactivity, driven to suggest and implement quality;

Provides supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates work flow;
Assigns staff to cover workload and contingency plans for it;
Monitors and analyze the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of completion of the duties for the team supervised work performance, identifying problems with performance and solutions to those problems, initiating formal measures to correct misconduct;
Serves as a liaison between the team and other offices/departments for the distribution and collection of information and to resolve operational issues;
Act as point of escalation for the supervised team;
Ensure and supervises the maintenance of personnel records (annual/medical leaves/unpaid etc) time sheets for staff supervise
