Lead the Commercial Growth of a Leading Motorcycle Brand

We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Manager,
Experience in Colombian Market (Must), to lead the commercial expansion of a growing motorcycle brand in Peru.

This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing the national sales network, increasing market share, improving profitability, and strengthening relationships with dealers and retail partners.

The position is based in
Peru
, and qualified candidates must be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial and marketing strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Build, expand, and manage a nationwide dealer and retail network, including company-owned stores, independent dealers, and distributors.
- Identify and onboard new dealer partners in strategic markets.
- Establish strong relationships with dealers, ensuring long-term profitability and business growth.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and implement improvement plans.
- Define sales objectives,



KPIs, and forecasting processes.
- Drive retail excellence by improving customer experience, merchandising, and operational standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team while promoting a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with Product, After-Sales, Finance, and Operations to execute business strategies.

Qualifications
- Experience in Colombian Market (Must)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate studies are an advantage.
- At least
3 years of experience
in commercial leadership within the motorcycle, automotive, powersports.
- Proven experience developing and managing dealer or distributor networks.
- Strong background in retail management and channel development.
