CEO Business Assistant
who wants to gain real-world executive experience across every major area of a growing international company. This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with the CEO and gain exposure to high-level business strategy, decision-making, and daily operations.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Assist the CEO with daily business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Support Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Analyze financial reports, budgets, expenses, and key business metrics.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams.
- Assist with customer service operations, escalated customer issues, and process improvements.
- Coordinate operational projects across multiple departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations,
and business analyses for executive meetings.
- Follow up on action items and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Help improve company processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with department managers to track KPIs and business performance.
Qualifications
- MBA, Engineering degree, or equivalent business/technical education.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Previous internship or business experience is an asset but not required.
