Role Description
This is a full-time, ON-SITE position based in Medellín, Colombia. (This is not a remote role.)
The Underwriter will:
- Create contracts and related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with F&I; managers and dealerships.
- Communicate with customers and managers by phone. (This role requires a B2 level of English proficiency.)
- Help identify opportunities to improve underwriting processes.
- Contribute to a high-quality customer and dealership experience.
- Track and manage deals throughout the process.
- Remain attentive to messages and respond promptly to managers and dealerships.
Office Schedule
We operate on Daylight Saving Time:
- From March to October: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- From November to February: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Employees work two different rotating 8-hour shifts.
Additional requirements:
- Must be open to working overtime according to dealership schedules.
- Must be available to work on Colombian holidays.
- Operations run Monday through Saturday.
- Employees will have one fixed day off during the week between Tuesday and Friday.
