I’m currently looking for a Freight Agent Recruiter to join a growing logistics organization.
We’re seeking someone who has experience recruiting within the 3PL, freight brokerage, or logistics industry, and who understands how to identify, engage, and onboard experienced independent freight agents.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2+ years of recruiting experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or 3PL.
✔️ Experience sourcing and engaging freight agents or independent contractors is a strong plus.
✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
