Lifecycle Marketing Assistant
to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of email marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll work closely with the marketing team to build campaigns, manage email operations, monitor performance, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all email communications..

Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic email marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage visually appealing email templates using our email platform's (iterable) drag-and-drop editor and basic HTML coding.
- Set up and optimize automated email flows,
campaigns, and track links.
- Monitor and manage the company's email inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding emails to relevant teams.
Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other campaign performance indicators.
- Conduct A/B testing and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights based on email performance data.
- Create and submit support tickets when needed.
Content and Design
- Ensure all campaigns use properly functioning dynamic Handlebars variables for personalization and customization.
- Optimize email design for an optimal viewing experience across mobile and desktop devices, including dark mode compatibility.
Administration
- Manage and maintain the company's customer database and related spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy
