About the Role:
We're looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Client Finance Manager to support BBDO Chicago's operations from Bogotá. This is a critical offshore role where you'll serve as the key financial liaison between BBDO and its U.S.-based clients — leading month-end close activities, managing client reporting, and driving financial conversations with senior stakeholders across time zones.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all month-end responsibilities including WIP, AR, variance analysis, and journal entries
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial review calls with client-side finance and procurement teams
- Review client revenue calculations and compare against quarterly financial forecasts
- Manage inter-company revenue and expense transfer processes
- Produce monthly internal and external reports — accruals, hours reconciliations, utilization, and client-facing reports
- Review and approve journal entries to resolve revenue and balance sheet discrepancies
- Support the Finance Director in overall financial management of the client portfolio
- Liaise with account and project management teams on budgets, billings, expenses, and financial performance
- Maintain accurate records of financial agreements, fee structures, and payment terms
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes as needed
- Ensure compliance with OMC policies and contractual client requirements
