About the Role

Qargo Coffee is looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to help drive the digital evolution of our fast-growing specialty coffee brand. In this role, you’ll develop and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly web platforms—from intuitive front-end experiences to secure and optimized back-end systems.

You'll work closely with our marketing, design, and operations teams to create tools that elevate customer experience and streamline internal workflows.

What You’ll Do

Web Development & Optimization
- Design, build, and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, and internal tools.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and mobile responsiveness across platforms.

Full Stack Architecture
- Develop secure back-end systems (databases, APIs, server logic).
- Create user-centric front-end interfaces using frameworks or custom code.

Integrations & Infrastructure
- Integrate APIs, CRMs, and third-party services.




- Manage hosting environments, servers, and domains to ensure uptime and stability.

Quality & Automation
- Write clean, testable code and perform debugging and QA testing.
- Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency across teams.

✅ Who You Are

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development.

Languages & Frameworks
- Strong skills in PHP (Laravel), React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Tools & Technologies
- Git, GitHub/Bitbucket
- RESTful API development and integration
- Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Understanding of secure coding practices (SSL, encryption)

Methodologies & Soft Skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows
- Strong communication and cross-functional collabo
