Overview
We are looking for a highly technical and execution-driven Analyst to support the automation and analytics transformation agenda within the Business Finance Center (BFC) in Colombia.
This role is primarily focused on designing, building, and scaling data and automation solutions that enhance financial processes and enable faster, better decision-making. The position will act as a key bridge between Finance stakeholders and technical development, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable,



and aligned with business needs.
This is not an insights-generation role; instead, the focus is on building the tools, frameworks, and data infrastructure that empower business owners to generate insights independently.

Role

Design and develop data-driven tools, automation solutions, and scalable workflows to enhance FP&A; processes and reporting efficiency
Support and accelerate the automation strategy for BFC Colombia, improving tools, processes, and data accessibility
Structure and lead end-to-end project delivery (scoping, design, execution, deployment) for automation and data initiatives
Act as a project lead for technical initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
Build and maintain data models, pipelines, and reporting frameworks that enable self-service analytics
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, and clearly communicate technical concepts to no
