We are looking for a
Patient Outreach Specialist
to help connect patients and families with speech, occupational, and physical therapy services. If you are fluent in English and Spanish, enjoy speaking with people, and have sales or call center experience, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls to potential patients and referral sources.
- Explain therapy services and answer questions in English and Spanish.
- Schedule evaluations and appointments.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Meet daily call and appointment-setting goals.
- Work closely with our healthcare and intake teams to provide an excellent patient experience.

Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree required. H
ealthcare, business,
communications, marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of call center, telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred.
- Currently living in Bogotá.
